Will cleaning my PS5 void the warranty?
Sony's warranty covers manufacturing defects — not dust build-up or fan issues. Most PS5s in Seychelles are already outside the standard warranty period. We'll let you know upfront if this applies to your device.
How do I know if my PS5 needs a clean?
Key signs: fan louder than usual, console gets very hot, throttling performance, or it's been 12–18+ months since the last clean. In Seychelles' climate we recommend every 6–12 months.
What causes controller stick drift?
Worn potentiometers inside the thumbstick module — they degrade over time and send false signals. We replace the entire thumbstick module with a quality replacement, which fully resolves it.
How long does a PS5 deep clean take?
Usually same-day or next-day. A standard deep clean takes around 2–3 hours. We'll give you an estimated pick-up time at drop-off and WhatsApp you the moment it's ready.
Are my games and saves safe?
Absolutely. Cleaning and repairs are purely physical — we never touch your SSD, account data, or software. We do recommend backing up saves to PS Plus cloud before any service.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All repairs carry a 30-day service warranty on the specific work done. Same issue returns within 30 days? We fix it again at no extra labour cost.
